I get it. I know what it's like to feel...

If you're anything like I was, you're also gaslighting yourself. Telling yourself that maybe this is all normal. Maybe this is as good as it gets. Maybe it's all in your head. You doubt yourself because even though you feel terrible, all your symptoms seem so common. Everyone else is just taking a pill and going right on along with hustle culture. So you think maybe you should suck it up and muscle through.

But bodies don't lie...

I promise you this. Your beautiful body is trying to tell you the changes you need to make so that you can thrive in all the ways you were meant to.

Imagine if you felt strong, vital, clear, agile, flexible, playful, fresh, sexy, and beautiful from the inside out. How wonderful would it be to feel fully alive and vibrant in your body? To wake up feeling good every morning and excited about your day. To have so much fun creating things, without brain fog holding you back. To go wherever you want to go, do whatever you want to do, and wear whatever you want to wear without the bloating and excess fat weighing you down. Because I'm here to tell you this is all possible. I know because I've lived this transformation myself.

You did not come here to live a half life of meh.


We need a paradigm shift...

I'm going to say something bold. Most of the problems associated with getting older

have nothing to do with how long you've lived in your human body.

They have everything to do with how long you've been doing those things that simply don't work to create health. Our bodies are doing their best to tell us that they are struggling in the face of long-term nutritional deficiencies and chronic inflammation caused by modern diet and lifestyle. What looks like normal life - sitting at a desk all day and eating from a wrapper - is anything but normal for the human body that evolved in the context of natural foods, exposure to nature, plenty of movement and adequate rest.

This is especially painfully clear in a woman's body with its delicate symphony of hormones to balance. You are not like nature - you are nature. But our culture pathologizes your body's natural, normal cyclical changes. It profits from your illness and insecurity.

And it's easy to fall for what they're peddling - another pill or potion. Because deep down inside, you know you deserve to feel better.

You long for something more. You just don't know where to find it.

We don't have models of women thriving across the longevity of our lifespan, so it's hard to believe that it's truly possible.
