It's time to come home
to your body...

I see your struggle.  And I know your heart.

I know how much you give to your people, how hard you work, and how much you are holding.  I know that often, usually, you are the last one on your list.  I know because I've been there.  As a single mom with a brain injured child, I carried the weight of the world on my own for years.  I was able to eliminate my daughter's learning disabilities, reading problems, seizures, and developmental delays so she could go on to a Big Ten University (read about that here and here).  But it came at a high cost to my own personal health.  And I eventually burned out, hard.

That crash turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me (read why here).

Healing myself taught me how to tune into my body - its needs, hormone cycle, rhythms and wisdom - and eventually allowed me to thrive like I never knew was possible.  My body was always there as my best ally, but I had to learn how to listen.

Now, I'm here to help you.

As a founding member of MAF Certified Health Coaches, a member of the Conscious Feminine Leadership Academy, and in the best shape of my life, I am teaching other women how to befriend their bodies, tune into their needs, and feel their best so they can support the ones they love most who are depending on them.  But you've got to fill your own cup first.

Any Day - participate in the private Facebook group with sister journeyers to share inspiration and support.
