I was pushed off that roller coaster when my daughter faced a medical emergency. To save her life, I dove headlong into learning about natural healing, nutrition, movement, the brain. I devoted years to an intense rehabilitation program that taught me there was another way to live – it was sane and healthy, but uncommon. It gave me the tools to becoming my most vibrant self ever. I’ll never go back.

Today, I’m in the best shape of my life. I am still fertile and have a regular menstrual cycle with no PMS. My skin looks great. I never get sick. My chronic allergies are gone. I’m strong, active, and energetic. I eat what I want. My seasonal size and shape fluctuations are minor. My clothes fit comfortably. I am regularly mistaken for being more than ten years younger than my chronological age. I wake every morning at the same time without an alarm, feeling well-rested and ready for a new day of adventure…and this is possible for you too! |
